Mission
Our mission is to provide a supportive, accessible, collaborative space where adults with physical disabilities aged 18 to 59 can develop social connections, engage with peers, foster supportive friendships, live with dignity, be recognized for their special talents, have fun, and make choices about their lives’ directions.
Vision
BLOOM envisions a day when adults living with physical challenges are freed from their social isolation and despair to experience rich and empowered lives filled with love, inspiration, happiness, and a sense of belonging.
